Registation

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf or .doc) will be accepted. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing. Payment of fees of must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment must be made in USD/RMB. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least one week prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.

All refund requests must be emailed to the conference secretary
* 20 days ahead of the conference: 30 USD cancellation fee.
* 10-20 days ahead of the conference: cancellation fee of 20% of the registration fee.
* Within 10 days ahead of the conference: no refund.
* Non-refund on delay or force majeure events including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquake or storm, strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or intervention, acts restraints or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any governmental considerations.

The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.
